Smoked sausage chowder


This is pretty bad for you but SOOOOO delicious! 
three potatoes peeled and boiled  OR 3 cans of diced potatoes
4TBS butter
4 TBS flour
2 cups milk
dash of salt and pepper
1/2 lb velveeta cubed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
paprika (optional)
package smoked sausage


first cut the smoked sausage into bite size pieces and brown in a pan. Once the sausage is browned put the cooked and diced potatoes in a casserole dish with the sausage. In a medium saucepan mix milk, salt, pepper, velveeta, butter and flour. let simmer until it has a sauce-like consistency. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and sausage in the casserole pan. Top with shredded cheese and paprika. Cook at 350 for 35 minutes!
